To create a signature in the desktop version of Outlook click here
Here is how to personalise your signature to the Outlook App on your iPhone / iPad
1, Open Outlook App - icon looks like this...
2. Tap the Home icon at the top left - looks like this...
3. Tap the Settings icon at the bottom left...
4. Select Signature
5. Find the account you wish to edit and remove any text e.g. Sent from Outlook for iOS
6. Type in your preferred text e.g.

7. When you have finished tap the tick (top right) to save - then the back chevron (top left)
8. Then close Settings
